Metal Earth 3D Metal Model Kit - Transformers Megatron

Took me about two hours with tweezers and I only bent one tiny tab on the shoulder piece, but the articulated arm and fusion cannon came out surprisingly sharp. The etched detailing on the chest and face holds up way better than I expected for something folded from flat metal.

Popping the pieces off those 4-inch metal sheets was way less fiddly than I expected, and the etched detail on the chest and cannon is genuinely sharp. Took me about two evenings but it stands solid on my shelf.

I've built a few of these etched kits before but this Megatron is the most satisfying one yet. The detailing on the chest and arm cannon is genuinely impressive once you bend everything into shape. Took me about three evenings and my fingertips were sore, but it looks great on the shelf.
