Metal Earth 3D Metal Model Kit - Horse Armor

I've built a few of these metal kits before, but the layered plate armor on this horse took way longer than expected — probably four hours total. The tab-and-slot connections held tight without any glue, and the finished piece actually stands on its own.

The tiny rivets on the barding plates actually line up once you get the tabs seated right, which surprised me for something this small. Took me about two hours with needle-nose pliers, and the finished horse stands solid on the shelf. Perfect gift for anyone who likes fiddly work with their hands.
