Metal Earth 3D Metal Model Kit - A-10 Warthog

The twin turbofan engine pieces on this Warthog are ridiculously detailed for the size, and the wings tabbed together without any wobble. Took me about two hours with tweezers but the finished jet looks sharp on my desk.

I was a bit nervous bending those tiny metal tabs, but the A-10 came together beautifully, and the twin turbofan engines really pop once assembled. It's a satisfying build that looks great on my desk.

The finished A-10 has a nice heft to it once the wings and body lock together, and the twin engine pods really pop on the shelf. Took me about two evenings and a few bent tabs I had to flatten back out, but that's metal models for you. Only wish the instructions had bigger diagrams for the landing g
