Quick answer
Choose the VW Wave Hopper if you want a retro automotive collage and a bus-shaped tin for display; choose the Donut Rainbow if you prefer a bright, playful food theme and a donut-shaped tin. Both are 550-piece shaped jigsaw puzzles for adults, so your pick comes down to theme and display preference.
Theme and assembly experience
The VW Wave Hopper is a retro paint-splashed collage celebrating the history of the Volkswagen bus, known by names like Transporter, Kombi, Samba, and Microbus. The Donut Rainbow is packed with colorful frosted donuts covered in sprinkles, icing, and fun patterns. Both are 550-piece shaped puzzles, so the piece count is identical; the difference is whether you prefer an automotive history collage or a bright, sweet-themed image.
Display value and tin shape
Each puzzle comes in a collectible shaped tin: the VW in a bus-shaped tin and the Donut Rainbow in a donut-shaped tin. The Donut Rainbow tin is described as looking cute on display when the puzzle is complete, while the VW tin matches the bus theme. If you plan to keep the tin on a shelf, the donut shape is more playful and the bus shape is more nostalgic.

At catalog prices, the VW Wave Hopper is listed at USD 14.63 (comparison price USD 23.99) and the Donut Rainbow at USD 15.35 (comparison price USD 23.99).
